Nutty Granola Recioe

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Oats Not quick acting
  • 1 Cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Cup Almond Slices
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
  3. Add coconut oil and brown rice syrup to bowl and mix to combine. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Mix until homogeneous.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool completely, break into small pieces, and store in a tightly sealed container.
