Silky smooth sugar free whipped cream filling for pat a choux.

  1. Chill whisk and mixing bowl in freezer for at least 10 minutes. Once cooled, add heavy whipping cream to mixing bowl and whisk with an electric mixer or by hand.
  2. While whisking, gradually add the Xylitol and vanilla.
  3. Continue whisking until the cream is thick and silky smooth. Do not over whip.
