I love ice cream, but had to give it up when I learned that I couldn’t eat sugar. That is until I developed a recipe for sugar free ice cream!  This recipe can be tweaked for different flavors. I am here to tell you how to make chocolate decorations and cake toppers the easy way. I am super intimated by tempering chocolate. I have tried it and have failed miserably. The temperature has to be just right, and if your candy thermometer is not exact (like mine), then you won’t be able to achieve a proper temper. I have since moved to a digital thermometer, so maybe next time I will finally conquer it! I have decided to challenge myself this month by baking everyday for the entire month of February. Ok, so February only has 28 days instead of 30.  But who’s counting! If you’re anything like me, you have at least one cabinet dedicated to cake supplies. I have taken over more kitchen space than one husband can handle, which means I need to do everything I can to keep my space organized. One way I do this is by hanging my pastry bags.
