Things continued to look up for me in March.  The numbers of views went from 1,271 to 1,615.  Revenue increased accordingly as well.  There wasn’t a ton of growth between February and March, but I’m just happy to see any growth at all!   The main driving for my viewership was my Low Carb Mint Chocolate Delight.  As I write this post, it is up to 1.8K shares.  Holy cow!!  It’s humbling to know something I created has gotten as much traction as it has.  I am really looking forward to seeing where this takes me.   In March I had…

Sorry for the delay in getting this posted!  As I write this, it is the end of April.  Oops!  Anyway, here’s how February went.   Things exploded for me in February.  At the end of January, my Low Carb Sex-in-a-Pan took off.  This carried into February.  In January I only had 175 views and in February this escalated to 1,271 views!  Holy smokes!  That’s a huge increase, especially because February is a short month.  My revenue increased with the number of views as well.     Views 1,271 Visitors 1,040 Revenue $2.27   As you can see, I’m still working my way…

This Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream is a rich and creamy homemade ice cream. It tastes like double churned ice cream without that much hassle! It is also sugar-free and gluten-free. I originally posted this recipe for Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream a year ago. But I decided to revamp it a bit. First, I added some more mint flavor. If you like a subtler mint, you can use a smaller amount of mint. For this recipe, I used 2 tablespoons of Creme de Menthe liqueur. You can use only 1 tablespoon and still get a great mint flavor. Go ahead…

This Mint Chocolate Pudding is rich and creamy with a hint of mint. It makes a perfect after-dinner dessert. Best of all, it is sugar-free and gluten-free! I originally made a mint chocolate pudding for my Mint Chocolate Delight. I decided that I liked it so much that I would have a dedicated post to just this wonderfully delicious pudding. It has a hint of mint, but you could add more mint flavor if desired.  I used Creme de Menthe liqueur for the mint flavor.  Creme de Menthe is NOT the same thing as peppermint.  I much prefer the fresh…
